1. Controller and roles

Privacy contact: privacidad@telkamper.com. Each rental provider is an independent controller for data used to prepare and perform its rental and meet its own duties.

2. Data categories

We may process identity and contact data, credentials, provider business and tax data, booking details, sizing and ability information, communications, disputes, reviews, limited payment references from Stripe, IP and security logs, consent records and files supplied by users. Telkamper does not store full card numbers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Accounts, bookings, payment and support rely on pre-contractual steps and contract performance. Tax records and valid authority requests rely on legal obligations. Security, fraud prevention, service integrity and legal claims rely on legitimate interests balanced against user rights. Optional marketing and non-essential technologies rely on consent where required.

4. Recipients

Required booking data is shared with the selected provider. Stripe processes payments; Google Firebase/Cloud provides authentication, database and storage infrastructure. Contracted email, support, security and professional advisers may receive data where necessary. Authorities receive data only with a valid basis. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Technology suppliers may process data outside the EEA using adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards. Further information may be requested from the privacy contact.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while active; booking, payment, invoice and settlement records for applicable tax, accounting and liability periods; support and disputes until closure and expiry of claims; consent evidence until withdrawal and for the period needed to demonstrate compliance; security logs for limited risk-based periods.

7. Rights and complaints

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent, by contacting privacidad@telkamper.com. We may reasonably verify identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es or the competent supervisory authority.

8. Children, security and automated decisions

Minors must not contract independently; an authorised adult must arrange and supervise their rental. We apply proportionate access, authorisation and encryption measures. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made solely through automated profiling without the required safeguards.

9. Cookies and changes

The cookie policy describes storage technologies and controls. Non-essential technologies require consent. We will update this notice when processing, providers or law changes and provide additional notice where required.
