Each product may use a flexible, semi-flexible, strict or premium flexible policy, shown before booking confirmation.

Refunds are calculated according to the active policy, cancellation time and any clearly disclosed management fees.

If the provider cannot deliver the reserved equipment, Telkamper will help find an alternative or process the relevant refund.
